Yes, you can sign up for our newsletter and you will be kept up-to-date on new releases. Q. How do I place an order at your store? A. The order process is explained in a separate page; please click on this link: How Do I order? Q. Do you accept personal checks? A. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. We suggest that you order online and pay by credit card. Our online system is set up for safe credit transactions. We accept the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Q. What if I receive an item that is damaged in the shipping process? A. Please send an email to our customer service department: customerservice@theChristmasDuck.com and they will arrange for the pickup of the broken piece and send you a new item in it's place. Q. Can I return a product for a refund? A. Yes, you may return ordered products that do not satisfy your expectations. You must have an authorization from us before you can return an item. Please e-mail our service dept. (CustomerService@theChristmasDuck.com) before returning your items. Please note that we charge a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the returned item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and related cost. Q. Do you accept small orders? A. We reserve the right to refuse orders with a value of less than $20 (excluding shipping). Q. When should I expect delivery? A. We strive to ship within 48 hours of your order. Shipments from our warehouse to the far corners of the USA may take up to 5 business days. Q. What about shipping costs? A. We strive to keep the shipping cost to a minimum and look for the most favorable rates and carriers. Q. What about shipping by Air? A. Overnight, second, and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may take a day or two for the warehouse to dispatch the products. Q.
