Shopping in our online store is easy and safe.
Are you new to shopping online or do you feel unsure of exactly what to do? Please let us explain the process.

Browse the catalog

The heart of our store is the "catalog". In the catalog you will find multiple Departments or Categories loaded with products.
Select the Department of your interest from the list of Categories in the column on the left. Click on your choice and you will be taken to the products in the department.
Take your time to look at the presented products. At the bottom of the page you see a series of numbers of subsequent pages. Click on one of the numbers or simply on the word "next" and you are taken to the next page.

When you see a product that interests you, click on the image or the text below the picture and you will get more detail about the product.
If you want to continue browsing the catalog, hit the "Back" button on the top left of the screen, the browser menu. You will be taken back to the last viewed catalog page.

Shopping Cart

In the background of the catalog is a Shopping Cart waiting for your selected product(s). When you see a product that you want to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button. This can be done on either the catalog page or the detailed product description.
If you want to buy more than one item of the same product you can change the number in the quantity box. Be sure to hit the "Update" button after you changed the quantity.
When you decide that the product is not what you wanted, click on the check box under "Remove Product" and hit the "Update" button. The item is now removed from your Shopping Cart. Please remember this "Update" button after every change to a product in your shopping cart.
Click on the "Continue Shopping" button if you wish to go back to the catalog to look at some more products.
At any moment you can verify what is in your shopping cart by clicking on "Cart Contents" in the horizontal bar in the top of the screen.

Manufacturers

In the column on the left there is a heading "Manufacturers". You can pull down the menu under Manufacturers and select one. The products from that particular manufacturer are presented together. This is handy if you know the manufacturer of the product you are looking for.

Quick Find

Under "Quick Find" you can enter a keyword or phrase of the product you are looking for. This product is searched for in the stores database and presented to you.

Checking Out

Once you are done shopping you can take a look at the content of your shopping cart by clicking on "Cart Contents" in the horizontal bar in the top of your screen. When you are happy with your selection, proceed to "Checkout" by hitting the button with that name.

On the next page there are three possibilities:
1. You are a returning customer and you log in by entering your account email address and password.
2. You are a new customer and you wish to open an account. This is done without any obligation or ties. It simply allows to enter your details once and use them again and again in the future. Saves time and effort for you. Your account also allows you to look at your previous orders.
Your information is safe with us and not used for anything but our internal order processing.
Click on "Create Account" and fill in the empty boxes.
Choose a password that you can well remember, and/or make a note of it.
Then hit "Continue" and your Account has been created.

Click on "Continue" and proceed to "Delivery Information".
Check the address. The shipping cost is listed. Here you may also enter special instructions or remarks.
Please pay attention to the notes at the bottom of this page; they may be important to your order!!!
If the order is to be delivered to someone else than yourself, click on "Change Address" and enter the address info of the recipient.
If you are satisfied with the given information, click on "Continue" and proceed to "Payment Information".

Enter your credit card information.
If your Billing Address is different from the address given at the beginning of the checkout process, please click on "Change Address" and enter your correct Billing Address.
Here is another opportunity for entering special instructions or remarks.
Click on "Continue" and the complete order content is presented for a final check. When you are completely happy with the content, click on "Confirm Order".
A confirmation email is now sent to your email address.

3. You do not want to store your information. Click on "Checkout"
Fill in your Personal details, Address and Contact information to be used in this single order.

Then hit "Continue" and proceed to "Shipping Information".
Check the address. The shipping cost is listed. Here you may also enter special instructions or remarks.
Please pay attention to the notes at the bottom of this page; they may be important to your order!!!
If the order is to be delivered to someone else than yourself, click on "Change Address" and enter the address info of the recipient.
If you are satisfied with the given information, click on "Continue" and proceed to "Payment Information".

Enter your credit card information.
If your Billing Address is different from the address givien in the beginning of the checkout process, please click on "Change Address" and enter your correct Billing Address.

Order Processing

The order is forwarded to our order processing department.
Your order will usually ship in 2 business days.
